Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • Wheat flour 2cups


  • Water 1cup


  • Salt 1tsp


  • Cooked rice 1cup


  • Samber masala 1tsp


  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp


  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp


  • Coriander powder 1tsp


  • Dry mango powder 1/3 tsp


  • Fine chopped onion 1

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add flour n water in it
  • Mix it well n make fine dough
  • Then take a bowl
  • Add cooked rice n spices in it n mix it well
  • Add onion in it n mix it well n make stuffing
  • Then take a small ball of dough
  • Flat it n fill stuffing in it
  • Round it again
  • Roll it with the help of rolling pin n make paratha shape
  • Then grease tawa with little ghee
  • Put paratha on tawa n spread little ghee on it
  • Cook both side of paratha..
  • N serve hot with chatni , pickle.
